After receiving some concerns from the neighbors regarding the availability of visitors parking, we listened and acted immediately to find a solution.  To avoid a lack of visitor parking or for visitors to park on Julian Drive, our technical team has come up with a solution that is illustrated in the conceptual design that we present here. We have expanded two of the internal streets, with the purpose of creating space to park 23 cars for visitors on special occasions (such as parties or meetings). We are also assuming the improvement of Julian St. widening to 24 feet, which will be a contribution to the improvement of the neighborhood and all the neighbors will be able to enjoy
